Let's Workout in the Park!

With June coming along next week, we here at Vitality Chiropractic are excited to get the summer going! Before we update you on the new events that we have for the next month, we just wanted to briefly discuss how our Movie and Healthy Food Night went.

On May 26, several of our patients came in to the office to enjoy a night where we could share some healthy food recipes and watch the movie titled "Food Inc." It was a wonderful opportunity that allowed us to discuss our opinions on the food industry, and also learn new things about the intricacies of industrial food production. By broadening our minds, we all became more aware of how what we put in our mouths can affect our overall wellness.

To celebrate the end of May, we just wanted to remind you about our last event which is happening on May 31st, which is our Workout in the Park! This is a great way to jump start the summer on a healthy note, while having the chance to meet people who want to become more aware of improving their health and wellness! We are expecting the weather to be a wonderful 16+ degrees, and are hoping that Calgary will be great to us this coming Monday! Feel free to give us a call here at the office or sending us an e-mail at bvitality@gmail.com letting us know if you'd like to come along and join us. You can also bring a friend along with you, the more the merrier!

With June coming along very quickly, we are excited to announce that we will also be hosting another Movie Night here at the office. This time around, we'll be watching the documentary King Corn. This movie takes an indepth look at the industrialization of corn and its negative impacts on our society with the food and other products we consume. It should be an eye-opener for all of us! We will be watching this movie here in the office on June 16, so once again feel free to give us a call here at the office or sending us an e-mail letting us know if you'd like to come! We'll let you know of further details when the date approaches closer.

And to finish off, with summer coming along it's a definite that we will all become much more active. If you'd like to come in for an initial assessment or an adjustment with Dr. Ingrid, contact us and we'd love to help you!
