On October 13 was our Movie and Food Night at the office and because it was requested that we show it again, we played Simply Raw: Reversing Diabetes in 30 Days for the second time! It is such an incredible movie and we are glad to have shared it with you. (If you haven't seen it and are wondering what it's all about, scroll down to the previous post and there is a great 5 minute clip of it.) We definitely recommend sharing it with friends and family that are diabetic, it could possibly change their way of living as it did for all the people in the movie.
October 20th was our Wellness Orientation Workshop, where the Doctor gave a great presentation about health and wellness and how we could improve our health quicker by adding and doing little things differently in our lives. Things such as eating organic foods as much as we can, getting aligned by getting adjusted as recommended, exercising daily, and just by thinking well altogether.
October was also the month of Thankfulness for us here at Vitality Chiropractic Wellness Centre. I put together this poster board for the office with our events going on as well as some yummy recipes with squash and again more tips on healthy living and being active.
We hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving and Halloween is also coming up in a few days so Happy Halloween and we wish you a spook-tacular rest of the month!!
