A few weeks ago I was in a cute little shop and I found this fabulous Affirmation Kit by Louise L. Hay. It was then that I remembered years ago that I used have her affirmation cards and read them daily and loved it! What is great about this kit is that it comes with a little magnet board and magnets words so you can create your own affirmations!

This weekend we will be doing yoga.....

This yoga DVD is great for beginners. It gives instruction to all the poses at the beginning which makes it easy to do your yoga. If you are up for a challenge may we recommend this one.......

Our Health Challenge Winner!

Many of us at Vitality Chiropractic Wellness recently participated in a 6 week Health Challenge. What we did was as a group, is we focused on proper nutrition, goal setting and exercising. In any system when you work as a team you always get greater results and that is exactly what we got! As a team we all did great, we improved our strength, lost body fat, increased muscle mass, lost inches and the best benefit of all is that we got healthy. Our winner for this challenge was Vito! Way to go!
